WORKPLACE

TYPE OF PROJECT| Commercial Interior Design & Furnishing

Eban House is a conceptual workplace exploring contrast, restraint, and the idea of sanctuary within a creative environment. Designed as a private studio, the space balances industrial architecture with warm, tactile materials to create a setting that supports focus, clarity, and intentional work.

The layout is organized to feel both open and grounded, with defined zones for making, thinking, and conversation. Circulation is kept simple, allowing the space to read clearly while maintaining a strong sense of presence throughout.

Walnut millwork wraps the perimeter, integrating open shelving and concealed storage to support both function and visual continuity. Painted brick and oversized steel-framed windows introduce texture and natural light, softening the industrial envelope.

Key elements are expressed through form and material. A monolithic stone desk and a deep matte black table anchor the space, creating moments of weight and stillness. Blackened steel detailing and leather seating reinforce a disciplined and cohesive material language.

Light plays an active role in shaping the experience. As it shifts throughout the day, shadows move across surfaces, adding depth and subtle variation to the space. The result is a focused, atmospheric workplace that balances strength with calm, designed to support creative thinking, meaningful interaction, and sustained work.
